Traditional Sfakia Rusk Bites

These traditional sweet rusks are also known as “wedding rusks” as they were traditionally offered to the Cretan wedding guests and are also called “Kalorizika”, which in Greek translates as “good luck”. “Sitino” Sfakia rusk bites pair very well with milk, coffee or tea. However, they can also be served with Cretan Graviera cheese or any other salty cheese.
