Barley Rusks

“Sitino” barley rusks become a special delicacy if slightly soaked in water, poured over with olive oil, tomato, oregano and salt, and accompanied with cheese and olives.

INGREDIENTS
Whole-grain stone-milled barley flour, whole-grain wheat flour, malt flour, sourdough, yeast, salt.
The product contains gluten (flour ingredient). It may contain traces of nuts and sesame.
